I PROCLAIM AND DECREE:
- The Life of the King, Yeshua, is flowing from the throne, that which was dormant is coming alive. I say, “Awake, awake, put on your strength. Shake yourself from the dust and arise. Sit down enthroned and loose yourself from the bonds of your neck.”
2. The Love of our Abba Father is flowing from His heart – that which was broken, torn, outcast, rejected, afflicted, oppressed, and demonized is being restored, made whole, accepted, healed, comforted, and liberated. I say, “Be made whole.”
3. The Glory of Elohim is flowing from Mount Zion, consuming His enemies and releasing His angels. The Spirit of Truth has gone forth and is consuming lies, deception, and perjury of every kind. I say, “You have authority from Yeshua over all the power of the enemy.”
4. The waters of heaven are flowing from the hand of Yehovah Peritzim, breaking through to set the captives free. It is written, “Because of the blood of your covenant, I will set your captives free from the waterless pit. Return to the stronghold you prisoners of hope, for Yehovah has said, ‘Today, I will restore double to you.'” Zech 9:11-12
5. Fresh oil is flowing from the tree of Life, imparting grace to men and women on planet earth. I say, “Grace to you and peace from He who was, who is, and who will be.”
6. The Shalom of heaven is flowing from Yehovah Shalom, guarding our hearts and minds in Yeshua Messiah. I say, “Depart from evil and do good; seek Peace and pursue it.”
7. The praise of the faithful is flowing to the throne as we exalt our God and King with our hearts and our voices. It is written, “Fear Elohim and give glory to Him for the hour of His judgment has come. And worship Him who made the heavens, the earth, the seas, and the springs of water.”
8. The Light of the world is flowing from Yeshua Messiah, piercing the darkness and activating the Holy Spirit in men and women. It is written, “While you have the Light, believe in the Light that you may become sons of Light. Let your Light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
9. The Breath of Elohim is flowing from the four winds, breathing into these slain the Breath of Life and they shall live. I say, “Live!”
10. The roar of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah is flowing throughout planet earth, imparting the overcoming Spirit and releasing the sound of heaven for awakening. It is written, “Do not be overcome by evil, overcome evil with good.”
11. New wine is flowing from the angels of heaven, and from this harvest, fully activated by the Holy Spirit. It is written, “Do not be drunk with wine, be filled with the Spirit of Yehovah.”
12. Supernatural health and strength are flowing from Yehovah Rophekah, raising up the weak, the sick, the dying, the dead, and the oppressed. It is written, “Be of good cheer, your faith has made you well, go in peace and be healed of your affliction.”
13. Heaven’s healing grace is flowing from the Tree of Life, nations are being healed, peoples are being restored. It is written, “Trust in Yehovah with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. Do not be wise in your own eyes, fear Yehovah and depart from evil, it will be health to your flesh and marrow to your bones.”
14. The Fire of heaven is flowing from the altar on Mount Zion, filling our hearts with passion for the Father. It is written, “You shall love, the LORD your God with all of your heart, with all of your soul, with all of your mind, and with all of your strength.” and “Return to your first love.”
15. Heaven’s hope is flowing from the eternal Spirit of Life, piercing the veil of oppression and imparting the gospel of Salvation through Yeshuah Messiah. It is written, “Hold fast the confession of your hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
16. The Word of Elohim is flowing from our Abba Father, giving life to the dead and calling those things which are not as though they were. It is written, “Preach the Word, be ready in season and out of season.”
17. The Spirit of Faith is flowing from Yeshua, causing the children of Elohim and the saints to believe and speak with great authority. The victory of Calvary is being enforced everywhere. It is written, “Have faith in Elohim. Do not be afraid, only believe. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
18. The spirit and power of Elijah is flowing in this hour, turning the hearts of the fathers to the children, the hearts of the children to the fathers, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just.
19. True Justice is flowing from the Throne of the Judge of all the earth, making all things right. It is written, “Do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.” and “Do not judge by outward appearance, make a righteous judgment.”
20. The Blessing of our Father is flowing throughout this land, for the curse has been broken through repentance and sacrifice. It is written, “Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.”
21. The freedom, the liberty, of the Holy Spirit is flowing with a fountain of living water, setting captives free. Yeshua said, “Abide in my Word and you are my disciples indeed. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.”
22. The State of ____________________, its lands, its waters and its people belong to Yeshua:
By right of Creation: The earth is the LORD’s and all its fullness, the world and everything in it; for He has founded it upon the waters and established it upon the seas.
By right of Identity: Yeshua is the King of kings and the Lord of lords.
By right of Redemption: Elohim has redeemed all things to Himself in heaven and earth, having made peace through the blood of the cross.
By right of decree: Ask of Me and I will give you the nations as your inheritance and the ends of the earth as your possession and you shall rule them…
